I was late and they are very nice and friendly to accept and proceed with my appt. Very patient and professional and most importantly providing honest feedback and recommendations. No hard sell too. Like the services very much. Recommended place to go to if you need to do a new pair of specs.

It was easy to find the shop using Citymapper app and I rang the bell 5 min before the consultation at 12 noon. The shop is on the third floor of a row of shop houses that had a few Chinese herbal tea shops on the first floor. The consultation was quite casual as I had already added in the notes when booking the consultation which spectacles I was interested in. However, as the spectacles are designed to fit the head and features, it was an interesting experience to find which eye glass shaped suited me the most. The eye check was quite fun too as I had my astigmatism tested. In the end, I paid for two pairs of spectacles using my CDC SG 60 vouchers and I am excited to pick up my spectacles soon!

Such a nice place. Shane was very professional and friendly when I asked for help regarding on spectacle frames and lenses based on my face structure. He was also very helpful and understands what I want. Would come again with my family next time as I had a good time when I was there to also check my eyesight. Thank you!
